GLOBAL CAST Group focuses on the following strategic developments :

- The turnover is expected to increase thanks to the following business actions :
- Implementing a focused management with the main clients of the Group and strengthen the Group market position worldwide with these clients ( that means cooperation with the R&D department of our clients, customer service…)Providing our customers with the shortest possible lead time,
- Attracting new customers, thanks to the successful range of services offered to existing large clients,Strengthening the sales department of the Group
- The specialization within both plants will be accelerated:

BOUTTE FONDERIES : specialization on small and complex parts with many cores, metallurgy such as high alloy steel, duplex…

FCI INDUSTRIES : specialization on medium and large parts, medium series.
- The Group aims at strengthening the technical know-how at all levels, which means among other a deep investment policy (e.g. investment in an AOD converter planned by 2011),
- The Group is fully open to partnerships with other foundries (in France and abroad) in order to enlarge the range of services provided to its clients.
